Eve Kent
Eve founded Solde Solutions in 2007, bringing over 25 years of managerial expertise in the accounting and hospitality sectors. Her career spans a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face.
Alongside running her business, Eve serves as a non-executive director on the board of not-for-profit organisations, contributing her strategic insight and governance expertise. She has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course, further strengthening her leadership and boardroom capabilities.
In a business world that never stands still, Eve is committed to staying ahead of the curve. She regularly undertakes professional development, attending industry courses and seminars to ensure her knowledge, skills, and practices remain sharp, current, and effective.
A Registered BAS Agent with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Eve combines technical expertise with a passion for helping organisations thrive. She takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality work and finds real satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals.

Belinda Adams
Belinda joined Solde Solutions in 2019, bringing with her a Bachelor in Tourism and Marketing and a wealth of experience in the tourism and real estate industries. Since then, she has discovered a true passion for bookkeeping, earning her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and applying her skills to help clients work smarter and more efficiently.
Belinda specialises in supporting our agriculture, trades, and small business clients, but her expertise spans a wide range of industries. She enjoys building strong client relationships and sharing her knowledge to empower businesses with better financial understanding.
When she’s not balancing books, Belinda is a busy mum to three young children and loves exploring her creative side through interior design.

Stephanie Leeder
"Steph joined Solde Solutions in 2021. With 8 years’ experience in both Retail and Landscaping industries, she completed her Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping in 2019.
Steph is also a qualified Irish Dancing Teacher and spends most of her spare time training the next generate of jiggers. When she’s not in the office or the dance studio, Steph enjoys a good read, a nice red, and spending time with her husband and fur baby."

Ania Ghanbarnejad
"Ania joined the Solde team in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, a Diploma in Accounting, and a technical certificate in HTML. Additionally, Ania has recently enhanced her data analysis skills with Microsoft Power BI, focusing on building performance measures using DAX.
In her previous roles, Ania worked as a Web Design Trainer, utilizing various programming languages, including HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, and Java. Ania has also been a Financial Accountant for a share company and a construction company. After immigrating to Australia, Ania transitioned to bookkeeping and she has since gained extensive experience across various commercial sectors, with a primary focus on construction and mining.
Outside of work Ania enjoys hiking, socialising with family and friends, watching movies and travelling."

"After working in Corporate finance for many years, Jo was looking for a family friendly company that understands the work life balance. With over 20 years experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting, Jo has a background in Agriculture, Corporate Finance and Small-Medium Enterprise Business Bookkeeping. Jo is a registered BAS agent and has a Diploma of Accounting.
When she is not in the office, Jo is a busy mum of 2, enjoys a good stretch in a yoga class and loves to curl up with crime books and a glass of wine.
