Eve formed Solde Solutions in 2007. With over 20 years managerial experience in the accounting & hospitality industries, Eve has been exposed to a vast array of small and medium sized businesses. The business services industry is continually evolving, so Eve continues to expand her professional skills and experience. Eve continues to attend various professional development courses and seminars to remain up to date with business changes and efficient practices. Eve is a Registered BAS Agent and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Eve is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals and takes great satisfaction and pride in the quality of her work.
Rosemary (Rosey) Sala-Tenna
Bookkeeper and Office Administrator
Rosey has many years of experience in the bookkeeping and administration field. She has managed offices for small businesses and been a middle manager in medium sized entities too. She studied Health Sciences at Curtin University but later realised her true love and passion was for everything numbers. She thrives on variety and challenges and while her children were young children attained an Advanced Diploma of Business Administration Rosey has worked in many different industry types including Real Restate, Market & Social Research, Manufacturing, Retail and the Health sector. She decided to cut down her work in the city and since 2016 has enjoyed more family friendly hours working at Solde Solutions in the Hills where she grew up. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, gardening and renovating old houses.
Raquel joined Solde Solutions as a Bookkeeper in February 2019 for a more family friendly position in the workforce. She has 14 years experience in the Finance industry with a Diploma in Financial Services. Raquel is a 30 something closet creative that has just blossomed in the past two years decorating and baking cakes. She is a doting mother to her 6 year old daughter and a new dog Mum. Any tips welcome… Fun Fact: Raquel is also a keen Tap Dancer - quick on her feet!
Belinda joined Solde Solutions in 2019. Having a Bachelor in Tourism and Marketing and previous experience in the tourism and real estate industries, bookkeeping is now her passion. Belinda is currently completing her Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping as she is driven to pass this knowledge on to clients where she can and enjoys supporting her array of clients in a multitude of industries. When not crunching numbers she is a busy mum to three young kids and loves dabbling in interior design.
Sharon joined Solde Solutions in 2020 after nearly twenty five years experience in business. She has owned and operated her own companies; one in Digital Media and the other in Bushfire Management and Mitigation. She brings with her a vast knowledge of not just bookkeeping but also marketing, human resources and customer service. Sharon has also been employed by the Catholic Education Office and the Department of Education as a Finance Officer. Sharon has a passion for literature and is always on the hunt for something new to read; she has just completed her first manuscript. She hopes to infuse each day with a positive light, a lot of laughter and a little bit of wine.
